Home Care

Our Home Care Service starts with an initial Nursing Assessment by one of our Community Managers who are all  experienced qualified Registered Nurses.

It does not matter what level of care and support you may need – whether it be simple domestic tasks through to highly specialised personal care, each person is offered this assessment so that we fully understand you and your circumstances.

This is a free assessment and there is no cost to you for this service

A  significant proportion of our customers are older people and either suffer frailty through illness or the aging process. Other people are convalescing after illness or surgical procedures and require short term support whilst they recuperate

However the majority of people who need assistance would rather stay in their own home rather than go into residential care.

Enabling people to continue to  live in the home that they love with the people, possessions and pets that all go towards making their lives fulfilled and worth living is a very realistic option with good care and support at home.

Perfect Care can make staying at home a reality by providing a range of options tailored to your precise requirements.

Delivering care that is flexible and responsive to your changing needs.

Although traditional personal care is a major part of what we do we also provide lots of other services all designed to help you to live an independent, fulfilled and safer life at home.
